I had an incredible opportunity present its self this past spring to get involved with the making of the first documentary focusing on the Hill Cumorah Pageant, Americas Witness for Christ. I was introduced to the pageant in 1997 when my family participated in it and since that time I've had a very special place in my heart for it. This spring I heard tell of a documentary being made for the 75th anniversary of the pageant and I told myself that I had to be a part of it. After a series of events I became the sole videographer and editor for the project. I spent three weeks in July filming and then a good chunk of August and September editing it (when I wasn't working my "normal" job). It aired on KLS in Salt Lake City in the beginning of October and for the most part I'm pretty pleased with it. I thought I knew what it took to do a documentary, but I didn't, it's a ton of work, but I loved it. So here it is...Enjoy!
